Guiding and Mentoring
Transformative Guidance for Young People and Adults

My guiding work supports both young people and adults in navigating complex personal and professional challenges—from bullying and academic apathy to workplace conflicts, harassment, and strained interpersonal dynamics. I help clients cultivate lasting improvements in character, behaviour, and overall well-being, creating meaningful change in their lives.
Rooted in the philosophy of the ancient Greeks, who saw philosophy as a way of life practiced through principles and embodied exercises, my approach brings these timeless insights into contemporary life. I integrate knowledge from cognitive science, psychology, evolutionary theory, anthropology, and the behavioural sciences, offering guidance that is both practical and deeply transformative.
"My guiding work takes clients on an alchemical journey of self-understanding and behavioural insight rarely encountered elsewhere. It is a challenging and sometimes unsettling process, requiring honesty, openness, and courage. For those who commit, the rewards—lasting change, liberation, and a deeper sense of trust in themselves—are immeasurable.
The process creates a unique space to examine and transform unconscious patterns, belief systems, and habits. Drawing on cognitive science, psychology, and the ancient Greek practice of daily practicums, clients learn to embody principles that shape thought and behaviour. Guiding is not a quick fix; it demands consistency, commitment, and hard work. Yet it is precisely through this disciplined practice that lasting transformation and meaningful personal growth are achieved."
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you'll call it fate.”
Carl Jung
Guiding is the practice of using knowledge and experience of human behaviour to support others—whether in general life, mastering specific skills, navigating social or cultural practices, or facing personal challenges. Modern guidance often addresses crises, life decisions, or skills that may have been missed earlier in life.
Guiding is an ancient practice. From elders mentoring youth, warriors training apprentices, to the medieval apprenticeship system, guidance has shaped human development across cultures. Greek philosophers, for example, learned as apprentices to masters, absorbing knowledge, wisdom, and practical habits for life. In every form, well-guided individuals rise to guide others, teaching them to face life’s trials while maintaining emotional discipline and resilience.
My approach draws on these ancient traditions, particularly Greek philosophy, and combines them with evidence-based disciplines such as Jungian psychology, evolutionary psychology, cognition, and behavioural sciences. The rules and principles of human conduct—concerning respect, conflict, power, trust, loyalty, and honour—have endured for thousands of years. Through structured daily practicums, clients integrate these principles, learning to navigate modern challenges while embodying timeless wisdom.
Guiding doesn’t promise perfection. It acknowledges our flawed human nature and focuses on living good, meaningful lives despite it. This practice offers a practical framework for approaching life, work, relationships, and personal ambitions, grounded in principles that have stood the test of time.
Guiding in a nutshell
Personal and Professional Guiding
All guiding sessions are designed for individuals committed to working on their behaviour, habits, and self over time. The duration of engagement depends on the client’s observations of their behavioural changes and the real effects in their personal and professional life. Some clients may work together for a short period, others longer, and many return at intervals as life circumstances and needs evolve.
For time-sensitive goals or specific challenges, intensive sessions are recommended:
-
Regular sessions: 1.5 hours, once a week or fortnight.
-
Intensive sessions: 1.5 hours, twice a week.
-
Intensive 7 by 3 sessions: 3 hours per session, for 7 sessions—ideal for clients seeking focused, rapid progress.
My personal and professional guiding is delivered through one-to-one sessions, structured around clients sharing their experiences and reflections on behaviour, often in the context of a current crisis or challenge. Clients are encouraged to be fully honest, enabling me to build a clear and accurate understanding of their behaviour and situation.
Through active listening and careful observation, I provide a reflective “mirror” of the client—an impartial perspective rarely available from family, friends, or colleagues. This reflection is not designed to comfort, but to illuminate patterns, and clients consistently report it as both liberating and relieving.
From this reflection, we extract fundamental rules and principles of human behaviour—how to respond effectively to conflict, navigate passive aggression, or maintain consistency in challenging situations. Understanding these rules is only the first step; they must be embodied through daily practicums—structured exercises that neurologically integrate the principles, reshaping behaviour, habits, and responses.
Sessions typically last 1.5 hours. All information is strictly confidential. Detailed notes and session recordings are provided to clients for review, reflection, and preparation for subsequent sessions, ensuring continuous, structured growth outside of our meetings.
Guiding and mentoring for young people
All sessions are designed for young people committed to working on their behaviour, habits, and personal growth over time. The duration of guidance depends on the changes they observe in their behaviour and the tangible effects in their lives. Some may need only a short period, while others benefit from longer engagement, with the option to return at different intervals as life circumstances and needs evolve.

My guiding and mentoring for young people takes place in one-to-one sessions, providing a supportive space for them to share experiences, reflect on behaviour, and work through current challenges or crises. Young clients are encouraged to be honest and open, allowing me to build an accurate picture of their behaviour and situation. Through active listening and careful observation, I provide a reflective mirror — an impartial perspective that helps them see themselves in ways family or friends cannot. While this process can be challenging, clients consistently report it as both liberating and clarifying.
Guidance for young people combines reassurance, nurturing authority, and structured principles. Drawing on ancient Greek philosophy, analytical psychology, and contemporary evidence-based research, I provide guidance on subjects such as bullying, social media and digital habits, pornography use, healthy relationships, educational and physical discipline, and more. Understanding behaviour is just the first step: young clients integrate rules and principles through practicums — daily exercises designed to embody healthier patterns, replace harmful habits, and develop essential life skills. Sessions typically last 1.5 hours, with all information treated as private and confidential. Recordings and notes support reflective homework, enabling young people to track progress and prepare for subsequent sessions.
All boxing sessions are designed for those wanting to explore boxing for the first time or deepen the skills they have already developed. You can attend a one-off session or train regularly, depending on what brings you value, enjoyment, or both. As with my standard guiding and mentoring, the focus is on real, tangible effects and personal growth.
Regular Sessions: 1.5 hours
One-Off Sessions: 2 hours
My guiding and mentoring through boxing is a truly unique service in Warsaw, inspired by the lifelong example of Bruce Lee and his master, IP Man. Similarly, I trained under my own master, Amangeldy Akhmetov (“Aman”), in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, where I completed a year-long amateur boxing foundation that shaped not only my technique but also my approach to discipline, mindset, and self-mastery—training I could not have received elsewhere.
Boxing is often misunderstood as merely physical or brutal. While there is intensity, the essence lies in its philosophy. Boxing, like other martial arts, embodies centuries-old principles from martial cultures: discipline, emotional resilience, respect, and focus. The first stage of training focuses on the psyche—understanding conflict, aggression, self-expression, and emotional control. Many fighters never reach their potential because they lack guidance in mastering their emotions and exploring their inner selves.
Physical training—heavy bags, pads, and controlled sparring—becomes meaningful only once the mind and emotions are trained. Students learn to embody the discipline, focus, and awareness that martial arts demand. Boxing, in this sense, reconnects people with ancient rites, practices, and wisdom, cultivating a strong ego, balanced psyche, and disciplined body. All training is conducted under my strict guidance, ensuring safety while fostering growth, resilience, and confidence.
